I’ll be attending VGXPO in Philly next weekend, though I don’t have any speaking engagements planned. Also, I’ve recently written a two part exclusive preview of LotRO: The Mines of Moria over at Stratics, with over 80 exclusive screenshots. You can read the first part here.
Also, my comment on jurisdictional analysis and the harmful-effects doctrine in MMORPGs is almost finished, and the first completed draft should be done by Tuesday. Hopefully I’ll be seeing info on publishing by December or early January.
