The Supreme Court of the United States has granted the petition for a writ of certiorari on Entertainment Merchants Association (EMA) v. Schwarzenegger. GamePolitics editor Pete Gallagher and I have ongoing coverage of the event, and reactions from industry players, as it unfolds.
