Gamepolitics has an interesting piece (not written by me) linking to an article about Microsoft's Russian anti-piracy enforcement backlash. Interestingly, the source of the piece comes from the American University, Washington College of Law Intellectual Property Brief, which I co-founded and was the first Senior Web Editor.
